Next, we have Men Love Mystery, a lavender violet matte, which I have heard is the matte version of MAC Up the Amp, but after swatching them and then wearing Men Love Mystery, I don’t believe this is true. This shade definitely represents the current Pantone Color of the Year, Marsala, as it is a rosy brown shade and is also quite popular thanks to pop icon, Kylie Jenner. I do not own MAC Whirl Lipliner, so I cannot compare the two, but I have heard that they are quite similar.
